Taken from a 1983 Trans Am with the automatic transmission. Very nice condition overall. Tilts like it should and is fairly tight. Includes the keys pictured (I did replace the ignition lock cylinder with this one, so these are newer keys). This car did not have the VATS. This is listed as being for 82-89 due to the particular style but will work with later model year cars equipped with the supplemental inflatable restraint system (which would be eliminated if you put this into a 90-92 car). The turn signal lever was broken off when I got this car, so I've replaced it with one from a later model year. The original is a 3-wire connection and the replacement is a 4-wire with the 4th wire (yellow) not being used. I hopefully got the wires connected correctly, but if I didn't, there is plenty of extra length in there to rearrange. Blue went to blue, but the other two wires were not same color on both sides. Note: this will be shipped with the multi-function switch disconnected to prevent it from being damaged in transit. Put your Camaro or Firebird together the way it should be.
